New beginnings

I went to the Sheriffs Office and got my I.D., two short sleeve shirts, a long sleeve shirt, a pair of pants, a key ring holder, and best of all my badge. I signed my final offer and got all the info on the insurance. Monday I have to be there at 8 am and fill out the rest of my paperwork and start training. They were freaking out because I didnt have a T.B. test and I wanted one, but I guess I dont have to take one because I wont be around inmates. I told her I still want one, so Monday I have to call and set one up. It feels good because Ive waited so long. One way you can look at its been 6 months for them to process this application. Another way its taken me 2 years to ork all this mess out. But at least my life is headed in the direction Ive been paddling for a while.On a side note I want to move to Tennessee in a few years.
